But one clairvoyant called me and in our conversation I told her that although I was a sceptic, I did believe that there would be times that God would reveal and give certain persons spiritual insight. Well for a good part of a year I did chase up and got too involved and followed up her every lead, all to no avail, even working with a search and rescue person, flying over certain regions, and taking pictures for her to view. Also to the point I had the police convinced to do a search in one area she spoke about from some of the pictures I took. NO VISION OF HERS OR ANY OF THE OTHERS, EVER REVEALED ANY DETAIL OF THE PERSON(S) WE WERE LOOKING FOR. So NO, I do not believe they ever reveal much of anything to truly help find any person, and they put families through a huge amount of hope and subsequent agony.
So it is my advice from my experience, DON”T GO THERE, it will only hurt and give families false hope.
Permalink Reply by Brian Schider on November 13, 2012 at 12:39am I am truly sorry you had to go through that. Just so I am clear, random psychics called after the missing persons story aired? Did they charge fees or just offer random information for free? I wasn't aware that many self-procalimed psychics call grieving family members or friends to offer information. If they were really psychic wouldn't they know to call the silent witness number with their tips?
Thank you for spreading awareness
