Congressman Barton Gordon D-TN6 has just been added co sponsor for Billy's Law ,that makes 5 co sponsors now

Yeah -- we REALLY need to get more on board to make this thing fly. If you call their offices ask legislative assistant and tell the we needas a co-sponsor. The bill should be familiar to most now that the date has been set.
