If I overcome anything, it is with Gods help - His mercy, His grace, His glory, His strength.
I do not have the strength to overpower my own failings. I do not have the capacity to overcome my own weakness. I must rely on God, who is faithful and just, and who loves me and forgives me.
When I am weak, it is He who gives me strength.
His strong hand lifts me up.
His grace is indeed sufficient for me.

If we all could embrace Jesus' message...love and compassion...there would be no problems in our world...There would be no family lying down tonight not knowing where one of theirs is. There would be no hungry children. There would be nobody homeless today. Yes, if we could just embrace the true meaning of love and compassion, there would be healing where the fresh and old wounds are...If we could embrace love and compassion, the devil would be defeated. I truly believe that love is the greatest force on the universe. When we read the news and are devastated by the reality of 'it all'...like my Heather said...'With a smile and a tear..it's worth it all just to be right here'....Because, in the midst of all the madness and the sadness, there is hope......because of Jesus' love and compassion. The connection that we have made here on Peace4 is because of true love and compassion and I am so very blessed today.
