I was shocked at what "Cowboy Bob" said in the papers today. He wouldn't care if Giardini had killed Christ, he'd still be his friend? That was a TELLING comment! Shame on them if this is true! I hope the Feds can bring justice back to Mobile. I'm also thankful for the good media coverage on subjects like this and Becca McEvoys case. TV media coverage has helped enhance the accountability of the judicial process.

Fed sealed search warrant. They go through an elaborate process to even consider a case. The computer will got to Virginia, they say they have recorded messages between Giardini and young girl. I certainly hope they're looking into this sexual crimes in the court system closely. Becca McEvoy's case will have national implications based on the Crawford vs Washington Law. It's not just going to effect Becca's family but thousands of cases going forward.

Tyson: “Shocked By Giardini Incident”

The strongest thing Tyson has said about this is that if Giardini had not resigned, he would have been fired. Is that the normal protocol for dealing with federal search warrants?
Was there some type of admission of guilt by Giardini, or does Tyson just fire anyone that might get served a search warrant? Seems a little like the cart is before the horse in this situation. -
