Answer:Funding and public pressure for the allocation of resources. These are at least two things that affect the way law enforcement allocates reources for cases. Also, it is very simple to do traffic stops and complex to work Human Trafficking and missing persons cases. I hope someday it will be as easy as traffic enforcement to stop exploiters. Until then it takes everyone to raise the level importance of each case.

Shame on the "good guys" as much as the "bad guys" (sorry for the obvious patriarchal slant).
My question that I want answered is: why do law enforcement agencies assign more resources (officers) to highway traffic violations than to looking for our missing children?
