I've been reading people ! I have not had anything to add just reading what you write. I have Jesse on my MySpace page and his case is just so sad. He is a guy if you look at him you should know you seen him! his Hair and skin color and eyes just stand out! I hope someone speaks up soon what happened to him.

Our pi has tried to get cooporation from the police, we asked about the flyer but I don't think the police have anything. When the weather gets better in Chicago we will go up and talk with the police. Last trip up they took us to lunch; I think they wanted us away from the files and their offices. In the spring I want to go with our pi and we can move around the city easier and we will both talk with the police. We will see how they respond to our petition and the postcards after the 21st I will keep everyone posted.

Our pi checked Jesse's computer, police didn't want to go to the expense. There are a number of exits to this hotel, one comes out by the river, that is why they searched there for his body. That exit is dark and unfriendly so I don't think he would go that way at night. Still the stores etc. around the hotel all pretty much had cameras and the police said they checked them. Police have shared very little with us. They say they know very little.

Friends say he had music cds he wanted to present to someone in Chicago and there was a flyer for a Rave. But police did not follow up on this(they did not know about the cds) so I don't know if there is any evidence of this Rave remaining. Jesse apparently wanted to become a DJ at these type of events because I guess it pays well.

There was no video accept when he left the first hotel where he was staying to go to the hotel where the meeting was held. From then it is just the accounting of witnesses.
And only one person in the room seems to have anything to say about when Jesse left the meeting and walked into nowhere. He said Jesse got up and went out the side doors and that is the last anyone remembers seeing him. There were about 30 people in the meeting so we are suprised there aren't more people providing information. He had talked online with friends but never got together with them. Any thing that happened after he left the meeting is complete conjecture; Police can find nothing or noone who can place him in a hallway or going out a door. There is a door in the front of the hotel that is off to the side, but anywhere he might have gone from the hotel should have put him on someone's cameras.

Initially the police did searches with people, dogs, helicopters sonar, and boats. To date they can not even say whether he left the hotel. They have interviewed other participants, but gotten no real leads. It is frustrating that a young man can just disappear in the middle of this busy city. There were other youth leaving and entering the hotel thru the night.
