Joan Lucinda Webster

Joan Lucinda Webster

8-19-1956 to 11-28-1981

Joan Webster arrived at Logan Airport on Saturday 11-28-1981. A massive multi state search ensued when Joan disappeared after leaving the airport. Her remains were found buried in Hamilton, MA in April 1990.

The case was highly publicized and the subject in numerous books. The recently published theory published by the former prosecutor Tim Burke is false and obstructs the truth in the case.

The DA's office in Essex County MA is the current custodian of case files and have "recently" reopened the case. The office has obstructed witness information from being brought forward and promoted Burke's book.

Thousands of pages of relevant documents have been recovered refuting the published assertions in Joan's case and alleged related crimes.

THE CASE NEEDS TRANSPARENCY and officials need to be held accountable for misconduct and obstruction in a capitol offense.

How Joan lived may be the best clue to how and why she died.  There are factors that were never examined, and reveal some of the problems getting to the truth is the case.  There are a combination of…Continue

Motive for Murder

The case was baffling from the start trying to determine if someone had motive to harm her.  Joan was well liked and respected.  She graduated with honors from Syracuse University in 1978.  She…Continue

The following 2 links are a summary of the published theory. The videos describe what the former prosecutor alleges happened to Joan. The photos showing the boat location, interior, and recovery of the boat, the alleged crime scene, are actual photos. Photos on the Lynn Marsh Road and Hamilton, MA were taken at the locations. These videos were made about a year ago and there has been new information learned, but these videos do give a good visual representation of the former prosecutor's version of events.

Thank you Kim,

I have gotten some very positive feedback from the interview. I learned of 2 individuals who have clicked on the broadcast that are very close to the case. A case like this requires being visible and vocal, demanding anwers from authorities about conflicting documents in the case. They owe it to Joan and everyone else hurt by this case.

This was a highly publicized case and has continued to receive attention for more than a quarter century. It has been the subject in numerous books. The latest was the catalyst, along with other concerning circumstances, to delve deeply into this case. Other cases out of the same corrupted system in Boston have had a national impact. This case most certainly would and I hope exposing it can help bring about legislation to benefit so many others.
