Our lack of familiarity with Chicago and the lack of support there really presents an obstacle to our search.  the band Jesse was involved with here in KC, has been performing in and around Chicago spreading the word about Jesse and other missing.

To all the friends and family of Jesse Opie Ross,

I certainly hope you are getting some help and support! This is JUST absolutely another unexplainable missing situation! It could be related to the area he was in at the time, who was he known to pal with, hang around with at school and on trips? ANy rivalries going on regarding sports or girfriends/friends? Anyone borrow anything significant, of significant monotary value from him recently? Did he have access to any vehicles or did his friends/assocaites have access to/utilize any vehicles in this area? Any movies/convienience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, GAME places say like video/game stores? WHat was he interested in, hobbies, books, movies anything in this area he was last known to be in that could intrest him enough to go visit? What are the local neighborhoods like bars, liquor stores, parking lots, lakes forests, parks? We need to keep people aware and educated and informed! GOD BLESS and GOOD LUCK!

Have sent pleas to IL attorney General and my representative in congress asking for help in Jesse's case.  My book talks about chicago police and their lack of progress or commitment to Jesse's case.
