Hi, Karen. I like the co-existence in this poem of: beauty & comfort alongside sorrow & solitude. "Echo of Tears" describes hopefulness that overpowers despair. Please keep writing! - we continue to enjoy your creations.

The Echo of Tears
For each child alone
Exalts in the light of the sun
The rythmn of the heart beats until there was none.
For in the rainbow, the child weeps no more.
So, the imaginable colors gently pour.
For only the echo of tears are only our own.
For now that Angelic child is free to run.
