850,000 GO MISSING EVERY YEAR, USEFULL SPACES ON PEACE 4.
EVERY YEAR THERE ARE OVER 850,000 MISSING PERSONS IN THE UNITED STATES THAT IS A JUMP OF OVER 300,000 IN JUST A TWO YEAR PERIOD. WE HAVE MANY OF THOSE THAT MAY BE UNSOLVED HOMICIDES OR SUSPICIOUS DEATHS AND ALSO MANY OF THEM THAT MAY BELONG TO THE DOES OF THE UNITED STATES. WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WHEN WE CAN NOT FIND OUR LOVED ONES OR WHEN THE MYSTERIES OF THIER DEATHS ARE NOT BEING SOLVED. IT IS TRUELY IMPORTANT THAT WE DO AS MUCH AS WE CAN AND THAT WE CONTINUE TO PUSH OUR GOVERNMENT AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TO DO WHAT THEY CAN. ON PEACE 4 YOU MAY FIND A NUMBER OF OUTLETS OR RESOURCES THAT COULD HELP TO PUT YOUR MISSING PERSON ON THE MEDIA AND OVER THE INTERNET. PLEASE THIS SPACE IS HERE TO HELP YOU AS WELL. IT IS A COMMUNITY SPACE AND I WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO FEEL FREE TO USE IT. Namus, CODIS, VICAP all very good programs but remember you enforcement savy people, there may be others coming to visit, coming in for the first time or two, confused,bewildered and afraid all ready that DO NOT UNDERSTAND the acronyms and terminology so suggest helping them with that getting them through the myriad of terms, options and correct actions to take. Also good to bring out the stories to the PUBLICS eyes and ears and minds YES COLD CASES are REAL! YES COLD cases represent family members, realatives and friends!
NO we CAN'T just shrug them off like a bad nightmare even though we all certainly want to! School mates, teachers, church goes, co workers, friends associates at frequented places can all have a vital bit to play in their discovvery, the solving of their cases, in putting the pieces together, connecting the dots...and we must remove the stigma, the fear of helping out those with this cases, situations......God's strength to all!

www,namus.gov is now up and running in its completion. Please log on and explore,then tell others especially law enforcement and coroner/medical examiners, it will only be as good as the people who participate in the program. This is an opportunity to find the missing or identify the unidentified.
