Thank You for your kind words. Robby was my fiance , (of seven years). I met him 1year after the death of my husband. (who, at the age of 32) died in his sleep, leaving me with 3 beautiful girls. RObby was my hero., we were together everyday after Oct.06,2002. On Oct 18th ,2009, Robby was shot and killed in our home, by a "friend" after a verbal argument. The accused (Estaban), shot him 2x, returned in the room, and shot him again, turning the gun on me, and( for the grace of god, ) had no more bullets. ( Robby died in my arms ) after 4 months of running, the Us marshal's apprehended him, (4 months to the day).
Estaban has been charged with 1st degree murder, and assault with a firearm. His pre-trial conference is sched. for April 20th.
I not only lost Robby, I was forced to move back with my parents (with estaban on the run) I was not safe at our home. I lost my job, and to add salt to the wounds, Robby's family (whom he did not talk to) came in a took whatever they wanted from our home. forcing me to have to call the police and have them removed. Now they continue to blame me, saying horrible things about me. and even refused me his ashes.
The state of Az. has refused me victim $ , because I have an outstanding traffic fine. I am 2 weeks away from loosing everything in my storage shed(do see a therapist) but everyday, instead of getting better, I get weaker. -thats my story. any suggestions?
