What brought you to Peace4? What are you most hoping to accomplish here?
I found your site through the CUE website. I have my BA in Political Science & Criminal Justice - while in college I realized that law enforcement may be one of my strongest passions in life, but the missing persons cases is the center of where my heart lies. The first time I visited the DOE Network website I just couldn't understand how so many people have vanished into thin air without any significant leads yet to be found of their whereabouts. There's something about each case that draws me in & I find myself trying to read all the info that I can find surrounding each mystery......I believe subconsciously I'm looking for that one clue that'll unravel a solution. My heart cries for these families left wondering & just waiting out each passing day - I can only imagine how the dawn of each new day is filled with the hope that awakens in their hearts that maybe today will bring reunion & closure, but as each day ends - a day that began so hopeful - meets nightfall in defeat & despair filled with wonder & left still waiting. It's just not right & I know someone - somewhere - in each case - has hidden the key that'll solve the mystery. However, all keys share an important trait - there's always a spare laying around somewhere out there & just as in each disappearance it's the responsible party hiding away the original key there's always a person holding a spare - the key to the case lies in the spare's hands. I don't believe in dead ends & trails never truly go cold.....I know there's an answer for not only each life that's disappeared, but also for those found as unknowns & unclaimed - I wonder just how many cases of disappearance could be found presently classified as unknown? I feel those labeled as unknown are incredibly important & that for each one there is an answer for who - even if their remains aren't ever claimed there's always someone that can claim to have known you & just getting your name back is what's most important....especially if it's in death.
