- BRANDI MATHEWS WENT IN SEPTEMBER 2006. IT WAS'NT UNTIL MARCH 2008 THAT HER FAMILY COULD GET HER LISTED AS A MISSING PERSON,UNTIL MARCH 2008.HOPING TO HELP AND SUPPORT BILLY'S LAW.THIS IS'NT JUST ONE STATE THAT DROPPED THE BALL ISSUE. THIS IS A NATION WIDE ISSUE. IT TOUCHES EVERY STATE.just for you to know that many people stand with you and thank you for your efforts.

- Through media and the fact that it has touched our life.It took from September 2006 till March2008 to get our daughter listed as a missing person
- Do you have a Missing Loved One? If Yes, please include their name, location missing, etc. (If not, simply answer No)
- Brandi Mathews went missing in missouri in sept,2006 it wasnt until March 2008 that the family could get law enforcement to listing her as a missing person.In Jan2009 partial remains where found. October 31 2011. The responsable party was found guilty of 2nd degree murder sentenced to 20 years in the doc.Having to serve 85% before being considered for parole.
- Positive Suggestions/Ways you may be able to improve/contribute to Peace4?
- we are currently working on Brandi's Law which is changing the way law enforcement handles an Ex parte. Which is still on the ground floor.We are so glad to see Billy's law being passed this is another avenue, as parents need to close some graps in our judicial system.So that we might save 1 life.

Deanna welcome to Peace4. I've followed Brandi's case somewhat. I worked and lived summers at the lake. I was so glad to hear Simino was convicted.
Many changes do have to be made. We are fighting hard to get Billy's Law to pass. Any help would be much appreciated.
Can you discuss with us a little bit about Brandi's law? Is it a state law that you are trying to pass?
