- Yes, I'm involved in several organizations having solely to do with the plight of Missing Persons worldwide; as well as the problem of unidentified remains. I am the principal of The Missing Persons Project forum, where volunteers catalogue, list and keep track of MPs and UIDs and attempt to match them.
- Please share a few sentences regarding what social issues, cases, activism efforts best describe who you are and why you are here...
- I'm not particularly political; having found that it frustrates me too much. I am here because I share the same concerns but am not an activist per se. In other words, I prefer to let younger, energetic, more skilled heads go the political route. I'm too old these days, to fight 'city hall', but continue to do the quiet, behind the scenes grunt-work.

Missing Persons and Unidentified Remains
My basic focus in the plight of the missing persons worldwide is to attempt to match unidentified remains with those persons.
The number of unidentified remains in the US has reached a crisis point. In 2004 The Federal Bureau of Justice Statistics reported that Medical Examiners and Coroners hold at least 14,000 sets of human remains who remain nameless - a number far more than the FBI acknowledges. The number grows at the rate of at least 1,000 a year. Sadly, the rest of the world is no different; this is not an American problem.
There are several websites dedicated to matching missing persons and unidentified persons. The Missing Persons Project is but one of them, but I invite you to join us and hope that you will. We need help adding cases and making matches: http://mpproject.invisionplus.net/

1989 Abduction: Missing Baskin Children Found Safe!
On March 1, 1989, Murfreessboro (Rutherford County), Tennnessee grandparents Sandra and Marvin Maple, abducted their grandchildren, Christy and Bobby Baskin, then aged 8 and 7.
The mystery of what happened to the children and their grandparents has finally been solved.
Mr. Maples was taken into custody in San Jose, California by Rutherford County police and Christy & Bobby are grown now. And Safe!

- Hi Dianne just found this and looks great.I am trying to get the word out about your site and also Peace 4 missing.How are you and I hope you are doing okay.I lost my cat Baby last Monday due to a tumor.I was so close to her and does not feel the same.I should get her remaing back tomorrow or Friday.She was cremated and she will have a name plate.Miss talking to you.I have been working on the board.I have a Press Release next week to discuss the Namus database and get more people involved.I am usually on and hope to see you.Take care buddy

TrackMissing would really like to get your missing loved one listed on our site. Please send us an email (trackmissing@gmail.com), contact me through Peace4 or go to our website www.trackmissing.org and authorize us to do so. We will be holding multiple fund raisers and public awarness events over the next several months and this will increase traffic to our website and get your missing loved ones face out to more people.
If anyone knows how to send this message to all peace4 members please do so. We do not want to overlook a single missing person. Even if you do not wish for us to assist in your case, we will still post the picture and link to the missing persons site. Also, at each event we will profile multiple missing persons for additional exposure.

- I'm sorry to say I haven't been here much lately. I see others have been working their butts off to make Peace4 work! Peace4 is so INSPIRATIONAL, so CREATIVE, so needs to be 501C3/Non-Profit! However, funds are needed to achieve this dream. COLD-HARD-CASH! Yes, times are tough. Me, personally, I have never been this broke in my life. It sucks! I've made a couple of small donations to Peace4 because that's all I could afford. Peace4 members, PLEASE, give what you can!

Never have, never will take a flu shot. I would rather gamble with Mother Nature. If it takes me out, oh well!
The only time I have had flu symptoms (and I'm old!) it only lasted a day or two, fever broke, day to recover and then back to normal.
