- I am a sister of Frederick Andrew Holmes, missing baby brother. Disappeared May 25, 1955 in Grahamsville, Sullivan County, NY. Age 22 months. He was recently entered in DOE network July 2, 2009 by Todd Matthews. Interest as a possible Cold Case. It has been so long and I want so bad to know where is Freddie (Tookie, family nick name!) I was fourteen when Freddie went missing. Several more of Freddies siblings have passed this year as well as our parents and still no closure. This is so painful!!! I am here because we need help.

Newspaper will publish on Sunday, Nov.8,2009 story about toddler missing since 1955.
I received information today that 'The Middletown Times Herald Record' in Middletown, New York will publish a story on Nov.8, 2009 about Frederick Andrew Holmes, a 22 month old toddler, now a Cold Case, missing from his home in Grahamsville, New York since May 25, 1955. At the very least for convicted felons. I know dental records do exist for inmates -but can they can acquired from privately operated prisons? Food for throught -
"Too bad dental x-rays aren't a standard booking feature when someone is arrested."
That would be a great idea. Not only for LE to find the criminals; to know they are dead instead of continuing searching for them; but even if someone is a crimin...
