At the very least for convicted felons. I know dental records do exist for inmates -but can they can acquired from privately operated prisons? Food for throught -
"Too bad dental x-rays aren't a standard booking feature when someone is arrested."
That would be a great idea. Not only for LE to find the criminals; to know they are dead instead of continuing searching for them; but even if someone is a crimin...

I heard from one of the investigators on this case.
They feel strongly that he will kill again, if he hasn't already, and continue to kill until he's caught.
