Hi Everyone: I finally read Billy's Law. It is exactly what we need in this country. Thank you very much for creating and supporting it. A couple of comments: The money for the program is already out there in the various department budgets who are presently working on these issues. A logical centralized administrative agency for maintaining the databases is the FBI. But unfortunately, sometimes the FBI does not work well with civilians and other agencies. Jack,
NamUs so far is the most searchable repository for the missing and unidentifieds. I don't think what you are searching for exists or at least exists to the public. And, because of lack of standards of reporting and jurisdiction/ownership that entitites think they possess all databases are lacking in complete information. The database you are speaking of you would have to create yourself and even then there are many missing, many unidentifieds, many crimes because of this very fragmented system you still won't be able to come up with a complete database.

We need everyone reporting to one national repository and that is NamUs.gov NamUs you can sort and filter and it is accessible by all entities including the public. Thus is why Peace4 is comand central of Billy's Law that will help strengthen NamUs.
