Quit Smoking
I finally quit smoking as of last night.I was getting tired of my sister's and Dr.s giving me a hard time over my smoking.I don't know how long I'll last..I never went over 4 days but I'm going to try even if it's really my only vice and I actually enjoy smoking.My cousin Liz and I did it together..we both have bad hearts.

- I have a GREAT belief in the afterlife...I'm not saying I look forward too it too easily, but I am not afraid as I once was. Looking forward to Jesus's Second Coming....can't arrive soon enough for me. See Marian apparitions at Garabandal, Spain. I believe the TV show Flash Forward is loosely based on this.

- John, I understand that you are suffering from chest pains, heart attack, or something? I, too, had a heart attack a few short years ago (2005, or was it 2006?? dunno). Anyway, one sees life from a different perspective afterwards--I know the feeling, and wish you good health, my friend. Nowadays, they treat it like the flu...three operations, 4 stents, and out of the hospital in three days--go figure. But I gained spiritually, and focused better.
