Dear caring Friends and Family! Yesterday I reported Delphia as Missing to a wonderful detective In Indy! Less than 2 hours later I received a call! He informed me Delphia is doing great and is happy! She was living not too far from where we seen her last! She is still with Wayne! She looked wonderful! Delphia was very upset at family saying they did not look for her and did not care. There had been a lot of things said to us that was not all truth or had been changed to… Continue
