I hope that you are able to get your cousin's family to become PEACE4 Members; they can really use the support, resources and direction! May God bring Kathy home soon.
Welcome to PEACE4 THEMISSING, Lisa and thank you for adding your voice to this united effort to bring missing people home, to support their families and to work for justice. May your experience here be a great one and may you meet some fine people. Peace. Love. Blessings.
Lisa,
Do you have a Facebook page set up for Kathy? Please make sure that anywhere you list her that family has complete control. It is better for the family to start and admin any social networking site so they can control comments. Stay away from the crime boards they are just nothing but hateful sites that will end up hurting Kathy and her family and friends, interfere in the investigation and basically waste time with their gossip and need to outpost their fellow posters .... they don't care what they say or how they say it. You all don't need that. There are only two orgs that I recommend: Project Jason (www.projectjason.org) and Outpost for Hope www.outpostforhope.org/ Both founders have a loved one missing, both are highly trained and ethical. Doenetwork.org has excellent researchers on their site. Peace4 is not an org but our founder and the admins are also highly trained. Todd Matthews is an admin on here and works for NamUs. He is truly a great friend to the missing and their families. We are here for you.

Lisa,
Welcome to Peace4. I am so sorry that your cousin is missing. I didn't see her listed in NamUs.gov You need get her listed as soon as possible. It is best if family inputs the info as then you can pack the file full of information that only family would know. Have the family member who inputs Kathy to think of keywords that people might search on if they find her. Jewelry, things she normally might have carried in her pocket, brand name of clothing, etc. If you need help let me know.
