Marianne....welcome to Peace4. I read the NamUs file but I'm not understanding why nothing was noted under "Circumstances." Unless for some reason the public cannot know about what surrounded Neil going missing I would have that changed. DNA samples and Dental records need to be listed on NamUs too. If DNA can't be taken from parents they can be taken for free from his sons. It is just a swab of the mouth that is easier than a strep swab. If you have questions the Regional Administrator on his case for NamUs is as follows:

Because I also searched for a missing adult male I have some suggestions:
-Get his flyer into all highway rest stops.
-Get his flyer into all truck stops.
-And a biggie that many people don't think about is getting the flyer into all campgrounds. Campgrounds allow people to stay in them I think it is 90 days before IRS mandates the campers declare residency. So there is the whole society of campers out there that move campgrounds every 90 days so as not to declare residency. There is also a whole lot of labor traffickers that pick up the homeless to do their work for them for free in exchange for a place to sleep (RV/Tent).
-Make business cards up with the missing flyer on them. Much easier to handout and leave places and easier for the public to carry around and refer to. Also put a QR code on all fliers.
