- Crystal Gayle Branham Hall Missing from Pikeville KY since March of 2009. Crystal went missing from her appt. she shared with her sister in the middle of the night. Her coat and purse was still their but she has not been heard from since. Have not had much help from the police and have had her put on NAMEUS.
