- My daugther, Donna Jou, 19 years old, pre-med, honor student at San Diego State University is missing since June 23, 2007.
Suspect is a convicted sex offender, he is in California State Prison (for unrelated to Donna's case), hiding behind the law (5th Amendment Right), maintaing his silence, not telling the whereabout of my child.
This man has a history of child molistation, he has violated children from freedom and life, WHY HE IS ENTITLED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF 5th AMENDMENT?

I do appreciate your support and kind and heart worming words. Thank you for what you do for the Peace4the missing page and all the information you give us by posting them on this page.
It hasn't gotten any easier and never will, losing Donna, And it does make it much more harder when the law protect a criminal, sex offender and for the punishment for such heinous crime give him just 5 years and then let him out in less than 2 for what ever reason. I don't know why these criminal who violate our children's and our right has any right to anything?

- Your greatest nightmare came true ... how do you "deal" with that? I don't know .. I know how people think often that the best thing to do for you is to "help you move on" ... but I don't believe in that ... I can only imagine just how much and impossible it would be for you to continuing fighting for you Daddy's little girl ...
The pain is now a part of the blessing ... it can't be separated ...
You can grieve forever here with us .... we give you "permission" to do so and promise to help however we're able to keep her light shining .... its much too bright to ever snuff out ...

I often have thought that if our world could have been continued to be gifted by Donna and her brilliance and future aspirations ... maybe she could have been a part of saving my Dad from from cancer ...
Our the world lost out when that monster seemingly played god and took her from us ... it angers me .... I so truly believe in and support the justice you so rightfully seek ... xoxo
