- Hello my name is Sandy Friend mother of Six Wonderful Children. I was Born and raised in the Yuba-Sitter area. I am a mother of Michael Lyons. Michael was eight years old when he was abducted and killed while walking home for school. The monster that took my children had already murdered Julie Connel 18 from the Bay Area he was a twice convicted sexual predator. This monster sits on Death Row where He belongs, I will continue to fight to keep our children safe. Stand with me this Election Year to Keep the evil of the evil on Death Row vote to Keep the Death Penalty in California.. Be the voice of so many children Murdered by these Monsters..
