- I am a licensed private investigator, and an advocate for the missing. I am currently investigating a missing persons case, and have been for now over two years. Sandra Kay Travis, disappeared in July of 2005. I never charge if the family does not have the resources to pay the traditional P.I. fees. I will ask the family if they want me to write their missing loved ones story, as a tribute. If their are profits it will be donated to the National Center For Missing Adults, in the name of their missing loved one.

- What brought you to Peace4? What are you most hoping to accomplish here?
- Improve legislation for the missing, and help change attitutes within law enforcement when a person is reported missing. I am a retired Police Sergeant and have been a private investigator for 12 years, specializing in difficult missing person cases.
- How did you hear about Peace4?

- I cannot become active in Peace4 until Sandy is found along with her justice.

- Keep up the excellent work. I search for Sandy everyday as an advocate for the missing. My work is pro bono, only if the family do not have the resources to pay the tradition private investigatior fees. I have decided not to accept another pro bono missing person case until Sandy is home and her justice is found. I have submitted my investigative information on three different occasions to the Graves County Sheriff's Department, who are limited on resources and the ability to spend the appropriate time they would like to in Sandy's case. Forensic Investigating
Not just law enforcement gathering "forensic evidence", but I am talking about forensic methods of investigating, a new concept of approaching a missing person case. Yes, critical forensic evidence is paramount, however, we need to develop a "Forensic Mind Set" in our own investigative efforts, as families, to find our missing loved ones. I will talk more about this later and with examples.
