- I,m on this site tring to see if any one can help me in the right direction ive been trying to find my birth mother lucille ann hibbs/megliss,i dont know if she is alive or dead ,I have adeath certificate that says pending investagation ive been trying to get some closure in my life about it and all i come up with is dead end and a death certificate that no one gives me any answer about..I promised my self and god that i will never stop looking untill my diein day !!!!! Alot of tears and dont know wher to turn nekt....
