I found this comment on my blog a little while ago. I tried emailing Steve but the email came back to me. Do you think this is a sick individual playing games? Nothing better to do than send someone a hoax email? Why wouldn't you just call the police or NCMEC and give them the info? How does he know Michelle? I am just sick to my stomach. What to do?…

I think due to the stress and the weather then I got sick and so I have just been trying to get healthy and sort out my emotions and feelings. I have always struggled when it… Continue

December 9, 2008 Let It Flow
How wonderful it feels to give in and let tears flow when we are overwhelmed with emotions, whether we are happy or sad. Tears come from the soul, from our well of feelings rising from deep down. When we give in to the prickling behind our eyes and the lump in our throat to let teardrops fall from our eyes, we allow our feelings to surface so they can be set free.
Proud parents shed tears of… Continue

To Miranda Rhuda and Peace4 members who fight every day for their missing loved ones. I think probably the greatest fight of all is the tears we fight back as we pray, anticipate, and await new hope of phone call, a messgae, a knock on the door. Thank God Jesus is already there hearing our sighs and seeing our tears. I pray today you feel his love for you and let Jesus caress you in his loving arms taking hope in his ability to provide us strength in our greatest weakness, fulfillment in our… Continue

Today marks 6 months since I last held my 6 year old daughter in my arms. At 9:58am on Sunday August 17, 2008, I pried her little hands off of me and placed her in the arms of her biological father whom she had just been introduced to April 19, 2008. He began to walk away with my little girl in his arms as she was crying, she yelled at me, "Mommy, can I have a hug?" Enrique stopped long enough for me to give Mystic one last hug and tell her I loved her and would see her at 5:30pm. He walked… Continue

Grief is defined as the emotion of loss. It is manifested by anguish, sorrow, regret, and a powerful longing for someone or something that is lost. Constantly reliving the past, feelings of failure, incompleteness, and even disillusionment can accompany grief.
When a loss has been experienced and can be defined such as in the case of anticipated loss of a loved one or friend the grief can last months or even years before the loss is accepted and we began to proceed with our new and changed… Continue
