Five years ago, when I moved from Missouri to Illinois, I remembered hearing a story about 'a kid visiting Chicago from Kansas City, MO' that went missing. This caught my attention, of course, because this boy was from my home state. I remembered hearing about the missing young man a few times, my husband and I even discussed it. Then we never heard anything again. He was found, I assumed.

I turned on the news this morning to hear that a young man who had been missing for a couple of weeks was found in a trash can behind someone's house.  The media then zoomed in on a flyer that the family had been handing out during this time in attempt to find him.  They then covered the family pleaing for information about the murder of this young man.
