Runaways, Amber Alerts, Rilya Alerts...Your Thoughts Regarding???

I just ran across a posting of a missing 14 year old diabetic girl, at the link below dated 10/25 she had been missing since 10/20 and is in dire need of her medication, however there have not been any Amber Alerts for her since she's considered a runaway. Which doesn't make a ton of sense to me, isn't the mere fact that a child is missing for nearly a week without her life-saving meds a worthy enough reason for an Amber Alert?!… Continue
