Circumstances of Disappearance
Freeman was last seen in the parking lot of the Pizza Hut restaurant on Central Avenue, in her hometown of Petal, Mississippi at approximately 1:00 a.m. on September 10, 1993. She was speaking with her former boyfriend at the time.
Freeman's 1984 silver Honda Accord was discovered abandoned at the Old Mahned Bridge in Perry County, Mississippi at approximately 6:40 that morning. Blood was found on the back of her car and a puddle of blood was located near the vehicle; DNA testing later proved that the blood belonged to Freeman. Yes it was a great success. The billboard was paid for from it, and 900 dollars added to reward fund. The most important thing, is the AWARENESS it brought to the community about my sister. I feel the truth is coming forth soon. Keep in Prayer
