my mom has been gone 25years i miss her ever day, i wrote this after she died, i can see her face i remember it with a smile thought my tears, i remember her rocking me in her rocking chair, i can close my eyes and hear her singing still, i see her seting by my sick bed, i feel her cool hand on my hot head, i see her in myself and the way i thank today, i see her in my kids as i watch them play. i hope my mom knows what she ment to me and is looking down today and can see,

Oh, thanks Christy, I wasn't thinking of that side of Father's Day sorrow, but that is a very real and good point. However, I was rather thinking of how much I'll miss my two Dads that have died this Father's Day...

how are you doing??? Sounds kind of down I think I more than understand BUT wanted to say That NOT ALL fathers are bad..I am getting older, someimes more skeptical and cynical I admit...BUT do you ever ask yourself How/why/where/when the bad/abusers keep being created?
What is it in our species, our race that continues to foster these types of behaviors? Humans they keep telling me are the HIGHER LIFE forms, the superior mamals because WE have REASONING POWERS, the ability to think, REASON, make choices.... why then do we keep choosing to use heavy amounts of ALCOHOL, drugs that change our personalities, oour behaviors our actions towards others? What and How is it we are struggling inside so deeply with, and I understand the soul searching and struggling, but what is it that makes people like Peterson turn on another human being over and over again?

JOB Stress with no safe place or ways to vent? The need to ridicule,avenge onself, to take out ones feelings of inadequacy, helplessness on the ones nearest to us is that why he kept re-marrying to always have a nearby whipping dog/punching bag??? And yet no one could have stopped him before now? How is that?? When I was younger, I was niave, more trusting as I age with our current social environments, our economy, with the rampant greed plagueing every aspect of our lives, it can sometimes be hard to fathom what we are and where we are going. Our strengths and weaknesses depend on the inter human reactions, support of eash other and belief in what is good, right and true...if these areas are becoming more difficult for our youth to comphrhend, what will THE FUTURE HOLD?
I do wish you strength and fortitude today and during the upcoming week.

My Grandma died yesterday.

I asked her earlier this week to send our love to all our Peace4 Missing Loved Ones that she meets in Heaven, I'm sure she's doing that today...

My heart truly does go out to all the Mothers missing a Child and all the Children missing their Mothers this Mother's Day.

I selfishly wish I could start a petition to get rid of Father's Day this year and am already dreading it like the plague...

Hard to say "Happy" before Mother's Day...

that gave my life it's start.
She turned me to the sunshine
and encouraged me to dream,
Fostering and nurturing
