This is a 2 tear old case. One where the police have indicated to family members they know who the murder(s) are. They just haven't a case complete enough to be brought to the State's Attorneys office. For a short while they had the help of a Special Investigative Group but that has been long ago,
Recently a new blogger Cold No More by Holliston has been writing about Lacey and her case. http://coldnomore.wordpress.com/category/lacey-gaines/
Norm has an incredible way with words and has for the first time gotten Lacey's mother to speak up. She was being attacked by Lacey's friends she worked with.
These friends of Lacey's were the one's who interacted with her closed to her death. There seems to be 2 camps. One made up by people who knew Lacey when she was a youth and attending the Christian Day School. And then those post Daniel Sanchez the man 10 yrs her senior who allegedly battered and abused Lacey. He is the father of her surviving son, Conor.
Lacey's family do not want to talk about her abuse and the fact that they isolated Lacey, which may have put her into a dangerous and criminal element.
Many people tried to help Lacey, strangers, Susan Murphy-Milano, Denny Griffin, Dana Pretzer, Robin Sax to name a few. They never met Lacey but Susan spoke with her and wrote about her case.
If you would like to know more about Lacey Gaines you can go to http://www.LaceyGaines.com
Thank you for covering Lacey's case. She deserves justice.
