The sax does make a sound that makes a person love it! My kids would have definitely different instruments and knowing them you better be ready for a whole new sound. LOL
I agree each instrument has such a beautiful sound, I guess that is why the orchestra sounds so great.

I would like all my kids and grandkids to be saxaphones because I love the sax!

I can't think of the actual instrument at the moment ... but it's the one that you can't just easily pick up and get a sound at all out of without some expertise and care ... but if you take some time to understand how it should be played ... it makes the sweetest, most beautiful music our world has to offer ...
