I was sitting on the computer the other day talking to my friends and telling them about this site most seemed interested while others asked me the same question "is it just for gilrs or do they look for guys too?" I simply told them that it was for everyone of every gender, age and ethnicity. Then a few days late I was with my fiance at I believe it was taco bell or some fast food place and I over heard people talking about how everyone is more worried about missing girls than they are missing boys. I thought to myself no they dont girls just get targeted easier than guys do. Even comedian Chris Rock says that women are all that Cops and other citizens think about and that guys are just the suspects for all of it. Its so not true and I am tired of hearing it. Everyone is judging missing people as if its something you want to buy at a store. Whereas some say "if i went missing Cops and other citizens probably wouldn't care at all." i simply said "i would". Why people just dont grow up and help others that need it i dont know but someday something will happen whether it be family friends or a co-worker and it will change their lives forever. Like i always say no one can judge me only God can. Missing people are just like you and me and for inconsiderate people who laugh at it and say its all a joke it's not at all.
Just a little something that was on my mind.....

Hi Cheree! I understand what you are trying to say and that is that boys are not forgotten everywhere. One thing I have learned about missing persons is that males dont quite get the media attention that a female does. Think about this, how many times have you heard about this little girl comming up missing and that little girl comming up missing and then think really hard about how many times little boys come up missing and their case if aired on tv at all is there for a minute then gone, and your asking yourself who was that little boy. It is just now starting to get more media attention and the attention of missing persons groups. I think that sterio types have alot to do with it though. We for centuries have thought of men as sort of the warriors of humanity, the strong, the ones who are the protectors, but what we have forgotten is that they can be victimized too. They get molested the same as girls, the only thing is it has been silenced so much for so many years, they get abused physically, My father god rest his soul was abused severally from the time he was a little boy his father would beat him and beat him. So you see, it isnt just us females and women who get the abuse, rather it us females who get most of the attention for it, and the problems lie so much deeper than that. So very much more deeper. Thank you for this article cheree it brings me to thinking much more. Hugs

my folks were pretty rough on me as a boy. two sisters disappeared when i was two.
i may have been nabbed myself for ransom at birth. some things just don't match up.
documents can be faked perfectly. adoptions are often hidden for many reasons.
i most likely have kids i dont' know about. promiscuity is rather the norm these days,
especially where i was born and lived all my life los angeles, ca and environs. amber
dubois is a famous missing persons case here in san diego county. one of my x wives
was missing. we went to the f.b.i. and she was released from captivity. she has autism
and is an easy mark sometimes. the pimps are pimples on society. organized crime
is really getting out of hand. there's not much organized crime intelligence divisions
or organized crime justice strike forces can do. the mexican mafia and all the
other mafias, from irish, to israeli, to sicilian to polish are always a problem.
the media creates a lotta stereotypes. that all cops have short hair.
that everything is all cut and dried, and black and white. that the official
line is always true. that what the news says is true. without a trial.
without proper time of investigation. with all kinds of contempt prior
to investigation. with malice and prejudice aforethought etc. its far
more complicated than i wish it to be. what a hassle in the castle
to find the needle in a haystack. its a mighty big universe out there.
science fiction of yesterday is science reality of today. many disagree
on genetic theory and dna etc. operations infinite justice and infinite mercy continue.

Hi Cheree,
I am sorry but I have to agree with your friends. I am just agreeing not that I have any statistics on this but it is typically the blonde, blued eyed girl as well. This like I said is just my opinion. I hope you have a great day.
