Quit Smoking
I finally quit smoking as of last night.I was getting tired of my sister's and Dr.s giving me a hard time over my smoking.I don't know how long I'll last..I never went over 4 days but I'm going to try even if it's really my only vice and I actually enjoy smoking.My cousin Liz and I did it together..we both have bad hearts.

Proud of you for trying to quit. I have quit several times in the last 4 years. One time lasted 7 months. I recently started again. I try to limit it. I will try again I know. Hope to last next time. So GOOD LUCk John.

Sara..It couldn't be awful enough...I want a cigeratte..... now !!!! well..I do :) BUT I don't have any in the house and I cleaned the 3 ashtrays I have.I'm sunk..I did go 48 hrs. in the hospital pretty well but as soon as I hit the sidewalk I lit up !!..LOL..I'm seriously thinking of getting a pack tomorrow by taking my Jazzy to the store.Maybe I can then stretch the pack out to one every 3 hrs or something like that..what do you think ?? love you..john
