Happy early bithday, Missey; may God's blessings be with you especially on this day and may His blessings also be with you on every other day of the year!
So, so glad you are going to start the process to make the Kelsey Smith Act a national law. Have you talked with Peace4 member Jan Smolinski? Jan is the force behind Billy's Law (named after her missing son) which has passed through the House and on to the Senate.
Welcome to Peace 4 the missing Missey. I am sorry about Kelsey Missing. I have been there before. I hope that you will find this a very loving and comforting place full of lots of things to get involved in. I hope you will use the encouragers group if you are having down times. This is what we do. We work together.

We will be back for Papa Murphy's. That is our life now. If you would like to help we could definitely use it. We are needing volunteers to be at the stores to hand out brochures and explain that 20% of the proceeds of their purchase will go as long as they mention Kelsey's Army. Will send you my phone number privately for you to call and get more information.
Missey ... if you and Greg are going to be gone on the 18 and 19th are you then coming back to do the Papa Murphy's fundraiser on the 20th? You two are extremely busy! Let me know if I can help out in anyway with the fundraiser.
And, good luck in Minnesota. Your testimony was fantastic in Nebraska.

On Thursday, February 18th and Friday, February 19th, Greg and I will be in Minnesota testifying in support of H.F. No. 2639, requiring cell phone providers to release locate information when requested by law enforcement in am emergency situation. This is the same as The Kelsey Smith act in Kansas.
Also, there are 2 members on here from the KC area. Don Ross whose son, Jesse the UMKC student who went missing in Chicago and Malinda Hoyt whose daughter, Emillie, went missing from Florida. Both Jesse and Emillie grew up in the Kansas City area. Both Don and Malinda still live in the area.
Welcome Missey! We are so honored to have you a part of Peace4.
How you and Greg have taken your grief and put it to action to help others is truly inspiring. I raised my children in Overland Park (Stanley) and Kelsey's story touched my whole family.
You will find on Peace4 many mother's whose daughters are still missing. And, others who have also lost their daughters to homicide.
This is a safe harbor where the families of the missing/murdered can reach out to each other. If you need us for any reason just reach out, we lean on each other.
"I read that all missing cases are only viewable only after the LE validates a report of a missing person. Sometimes there is what they call a cold hit. A data entry error or any inconsistencies by human error only way to ensure a case is entered and…"
"It's been three years since you wrote this Gwen, and I still can't get anyone to listen to me. I have spoken with various police agencies (Detroit, Lincoln Park, and State) and still nothing. In the last year I've had two different…"
This group is for Law Enforcement members dedicated towards finding the missing as well as a place to include all positive examples of and ideas regarding le and missing persons efforts.
My husband, Fred Byrne, has been missing since 2/12/13. He was last seen in Holland MI by his mother. The 2005 dark grey Chevy Malibu MI plate # BSY0298 was found in Mark Twain National Park in Van Buren MO on 2/13/13 and reported to police the next…
