CNN transcript on a new law in California that crack downs on e-impersonation.
Make every effort possible to receive permission from the family of a missing person prior to creating an online profile, group, etc. in a person that is missing's name.
Fake online profiles are now a crime - abusers of this law face high monetary penalties as well as possible time in prison, up to one year or more.
Respect the families of the missing ...
